Some paintings begin with a plan. This one began with a dream.

I woke up knowing: roses, in squares, in the warmest earthy tones. We had just painted our wall a deep, grounding brown  and I wanted that same feeling alive on canvas.

That’s how Embrace of Earth was born.

Orange roses rise from a landscape of earthy browns and deep reds, warm, rooted, unapologetic. The abstract, textured background gives the piece depth and movement, as if the earth itself is holding the roses in place.

This is a painting for the woman who has come home to herself. Who walks into her space and feels it Yes, this is mine.
