Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting – we will do everything we can to make it right. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized artwork cannot be returned, as it is made specifically for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

  • If you purchase artwork online, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it without providing a reason.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saskiaartandhealing.com before sending the artwork back.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the artwork is incorrect.
  • The original shipping costs (from us to you) will be refunded if the entire order is returned and is not damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Condition of the Returned Artwork

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
  • If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from the refund

4. Exceptions – Custom Artwork

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork cannot be returned, as it is made specifically for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@saskiaartandhealing.com and we will send you the adress,

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should e-mail us at info@saskiaartandhealing.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
